What's Right Doesn't Seem Right

Leadership is so hard to get right because what's right doesn't seem right. For example:

To be viewed as credible, we have to admit things that might erode credibility (e.g. mistakes).

To help our team solve problems, we have to avoid stepping in to solve the problem ourselves.
